Teddy graduated from The University of Bedfordshire in 2002 with a RICS accredited bachelor of science honours degree in Building Surveying. Teddy has predominately worked in the residential sector. He has twenty three years experience in surveying existing and new homes. He also spent a decade managing new homes under construction. He always dreamed of creating his own surveying practice but waited until he was certain his practice would offer a world leading homes surveying service to clients so that a decision to purchase is a decision in the right direction.
Teddy is a Chartered Construction Manger with the Chartered Institute of Building, a full member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association, an Associate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists
